Hi, I'm Serena, expert list writer, do-er and all-round organiser.

Since I was tiny I've loved organising - from alphabetising the books in my bedroom and organising talent shows for my parents to running the PTA at my son's school.

I have a First Class degree in Marketing and worked for over 20 years in Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality and Executive Services.  I've worked internationally in Formula 1, at large corporations such as BBC and Marriott Hotels, in luxury retail and top London restaurants.  Most recently I managed our five self-catering holiday cottages just outside of Ledbury in beautiful Herefordshire. Since selling the business in 2022 I've been focusing on helping other business' thrive.

I'm not a home de-clutterer - my expertise isn't finding storage solutions. My mission is to help busy parents/business owners who can't justify the costs of employing someone, or only need help at certain times of the year.  Or those who can't get things ticked off their to-do list and just need a kick start.

 

believe my skills and experience, along with my passion for helping people makes me the perfect person to help you.  I have some ideas here, but how I can help you is limitless. Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Xero, Hubspot, Canva and more.

 

How we work is completely up to you - I can work virtually, or I can come to you (I'm happy to travel).  I can work on an ad-hoc basis, or you can hire me on retainer with a guaranteed slot each week/month.

How I've Helped

Client 1

I helped a client who was extremely creative, but had got into a mess with invoicing and managing her accounts on a day-to-day basis.  I went to her house once a month.  I set up easy to use systems and sat with her so she could use them going forward.  We got all of her unpaid invoices sorted and her accounts back on track.  

This left my client feeling a lot less stressed and free to focus on her work.

 

Client 2

 Another highly creative client who needed help with updating her website.  Although she'd been doing this herself for years she felt her time was much better spent growing her business.  I also helped with research and on site at photo shootsTaking these jobs off her hands freed her time to concentrate on growing her brand.
